CHEMICAL CLEANOUT OF OIL AND GAS WELLS
BOT Reagent Technology – restore Oil and Gas Wells that others can not. We give the wells their second life, you will be ensured of our excellence and efficiency upon starting the cooperation with us.
No other technology in the world can compare with “BOT reagent” in terms of achieving a huge and rapid increase in oil flow rate with no downtime for the wells, or in providing a comprehensive solution to several problems at once.
1. Water cut reduction;
2. Cleanout of bottom hole zone from colmatants;
3. Cleanout and prevention of ARPD deposits on tubing string of oil equipment and oil pipelines;
4. Demulsification separation of emulsions from oil;
5. Demulsification separation of oil from water;
6. Protection of oil equipment from corrosion;
7. Prevention of salt deposits.
Our technician’s cleanout the well with a solution – “BOT reagent”, which has the property of obtaining a quick result. The effect of an increase in oil flow rate is visible on the 2nd day.
And within 2-3 weeks, you can reach the maximum oil flow rate in the well. On average, from 30% to 80% and there are examples from 100/200/300+%.
Our technology makes it possible to cleanout not only the bottom hole formation zone and the wellbore, but also all the equipment and flow lines that leading to the oil storage tanks
• Our reagent is designed to comprehensively eliminate several problems (from 5 to 7 problems simultaneously)
• The effect is not only inside the well and oil and gas reservoirs, but also all the way to the tanks
• Just one “BOT reagent” is needed, and the volumes are minimal
• It operates at high temperatures of up to 260 °C in oil and gas reservoirs
• Performing injections (pumping chemicals into wells) with minimal involvement of technical specialists and specialised equipment
• The injection takes 2-3 hours and does not require prolonged well downtime
• Effective for 6 months to 2 years or more
• Guaranteed results for 1-2 years with a minimum daily flow rate of 10-30%
• Increase in the time between overhauls
• Extending the life of a well
• Environmentally friendly product (no external CO2 impact)
There are three main methods used worldwide to cleanout up oil wells: Mechanical | Thermal | Chemical
Mechanical and Thermal cleanout of wells has disadvantages:
- Frequent and prolonged shutdowns of wells to carry out work (downtime of a well means loss of oil volumes and lost profits)
- Cleanout and maintenance of the well involves a large number of technical personnel, well crews, equipment, machinery (all of which increase the annual cost of well maintenance)
- Cleanout quality is not 100% (ARPD asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits remain in the pipes, which leads to repeated contamination of the well and reduction of oil production)
- Repeated well cleanouts can be 1-2 times a week or 1-10 times a month (and that’s repeated well downtime and lost lost revenue)
- COMPETITORS – Annual maintenance cost is at least $350,000 and more than $1 million per year *
*More than 1 million per year – the financial burden of the annual operating costs per well, taking into account the cost of cleanout the well using the technology used by Competitors, as well as the lost oil volumes and lost financial profits due to well shutdowns.
