
Our methods BOT Reagent and BOT Polymer involve the installation of RC ADR Station solutions
RC ADR Station – are “Smart Well” solutions that include:
- installation of an automated station
- increase oil/gas flow rate to the maximum allowable well potential
- maintaining optimal high annual oil/gas flow rate in the well
- control the flow of chemical fluid into the well
- prevent potential well equipment failures
- control of well operating modes
- control well downtime
- compatible with most available SCADA systems.
Through daily monitoring of the well and daily dosing of “BOT reagent Technology” chemical into the well, we can maximise the oil or gas production rate of the well and minimise well downtime.
Our reagent fulfils several tasks comprehensively and simultaneously:
- water cut reduction
- cleanout of bottom hole zone from colmatants
- cleanout and prevention of ARPD deposits on tubing string of oil equipment and oil pipelines
- demulsification separation of emulsions from oil
- demulsification separation of oil from water
- protection of oil equipment from corrosion
- prevention of salt deposits.
Competitors have similar chemical cleanout analogs, but they require a larger volume of reagents, repeated cleanouts, and the need to shut down the well while performing the work, all of which increase the cost of a one-time well treatment and the cost of annual maintenance.
1. Service plan without remote access
In this case, it is strongly recommended to train the personnel of the Customer’s control and measuring instruments, process engineers and specialists in the operation of the SRP (sucker rod pump) fund to fully utilize the potential of the RC ADR STATION intelligent control station to optimize production and reduce maintenance and repair costs. The Customer carries out maintenance and maintains the efficiency of production processes on its own.
2. Minimum service plan with remote access
It is assumed that the Customer’s personnel have the qualifications sufficient for independent maintenance and management of the potential modes of the intelligent control station RC ADR STATION. Training is also recommended (possibly according to a shortened program). The Contractor is provided with remote access for diagnostics and analysis of the causes of the most complex abnormal situations, when direct technical support from the manufacturer RC ADR STATION is required, either the number of incidents or a certain number of hours per month is agreed upon.
3. Medium service plan with remote access (partial outsourcing)
The Customer’s personnel manage the production modes. The Contractor undertakes technical maintenance and support of the system components (intellectual control station, communication, injection of the “BOT-REAGENT” reagent), including onsite visits.
4. Maximum service plan with remote access (full outsourcing)
The contractor is responsible for maintaining the highest possible production efficiency, and also undertakes full technical maintenance, including on-site visits if necessary. The Сustomer is provided with reports on key performance indicators (the frequency and form of reports are agreed upon with the Сustomer at the stage of concluding the service contract).
