RC ENGINEERING is part of the group of energy companies FREE ENERGY (UA-Swedish company) and REFACTOR CODE (British company), having a partner in network in more than 50+ countries with R&D centers in Stockholm, Kyiv, London.

RC Branches: UAE, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Poland, USA.

The business interests of our group of companies include investments in renewable energy projects, the oil and gas sector, energy efficiency solutions, the sale of electricity and petroleum products, investments in technology startups and IT.

RC ENGINEERING uses its own capital to finance projects in the energy sector and innovative technological developments, receives financing from FREE ENERGY & REFACTOR CODE, and also attracts loan financing from international financial organisations and local banks, depending on the territorial location and development of the projects.

Receive readymade solutions with no risk or investment, as RC provides guarantees for the implementation of the required results, which are agreed with the Customer in advance before work begins.

The overall success achieved at the Customers side, shared between RC and the Customer (contractual collaboration model): EaaS, Shared Savings, Share Oil, ESCO, Leasing, OpEx, and CapEx.

Free pilot projects

We are ready for Free Pilot Projects* without your risks and financial costs to test 3 – 5 wells and demonstrate how our solutions and technologies work: BOT-REAGENT & BOT-POLYMER.

FREE PILOT PROJECTS WELLS – RC are prepared to bear all financial expenses for the implementation of Pilot Wells, having previously agreed and signed an Agreement with the Customer, under the condition of guaranteed increase of oil or gas flow rate in a well from 10% to 30% (each well is approved individually).

After RC has fulfilled its obligations, the Customer enters into an annual service Agreement and pays for the Pilot Work performed.

* If the RC has not fulfilled the contractual conditions for the flow rate increase, the Customer receives the Pilots Wells Free of charge.

2015

ESTABLISHMENT OF REFACTOR CODE
Refactor Code was founded in 2015 and began its activities in the field of IT solutions for the energy sector. Since then, we have been striving to offer the best solutions for this industry.

2020

RC BRANCH OPENED IN UKRAINE

In 2020, the first RC ENGINEERING branch was opened in Ukraine, focusing on alternative energy, energy efficiency, and the sale of electricity and petroleum products. Due to the military actions in Ukraine in 2022, many projects were suspended, and RC focused on developing new markets.

2022

RC BRANCH OPENED IN POLAND

In 2022, we expanded our presence by opening a branch in Poland. This strategic move allowed us to better serve our European clients.

2023

RC BRANCH OPENED IN THE UAE

Continuing our growth, in 2023 we established a branch in the United Arab Emirates. This expansion enhances our ability to support clients in the Middle East.

2024

RC BRANCH OPENED IN KAZAHSTAN

In 2024, we opened a new branch in Kazakhstan. This step reinforced our commitment to serving the oil-rich regions of Central Asia.

2024

RC BRANCH OPENED IN THE USA

Also in 2024, we expanded into the United States. This marks a significant milestone in our mission to provide exceptional oil and gas services globally.
